Mr. Pankaj Khetan is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and an Insolvency Professional. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree and has over 27 years of experience in corporate affairs, finance, management, banking recovery and insolvency resolution. With his extensive experience in finance and taxation, he provides valuable guidance in financial management, corporate governance and compliance-related matters and contributes to the overall growth and development of the Company.

Mr. Rajender Pal Chandel is an Independent Director of our Company and brings with him over 35 years of extensive experience in the banking industry. During his professional career, he has gained comprehensive knowledge and expertise in banking, financial services, business development and financial management. He provides valuable strategic guidance and consultancy to the Company and plays an important role in identifying new business opportunities and fostering potential avenues for sustainable growth and expansion. His extensive banking experience and industry knowledge enable him to provide valuable insights to the Board and contribute to the Company’s long-term growth and development.

Mrs. Asha Jain is a Whole-Time Director of our Company and brings valuable experience in managing and overseeing business operations. She has experience in day-to-day business management, operational planning, coordination and administration. In her role as Whole-Time Director, she is responsible for contributing to the effective management and smooth functioning of the Company’s operations and supports the Company’s business objectives and growth initiatives
