The Company's principal objects are to acquire and hold shares, stocks, debentures, bonds, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by companies constituted or carrying on business in India or elsewhere.
Alongside this, the Company carries on the business of financing industrial enterprises, within the meaning set out under Section 370 of the governing framework.
