Mr. Pankaj Khetan, aged 41 years, is the Promoter and Director of our company. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company secretary. He has experience of more than 20 years in taxation and finance. He is responsible for overall compliances and finance related works of our company.

Mrs.Maya Gupta is an Independent Director of our company. She possesses an experience of more than 15 years as Company Secretary. She is in practice from last so many years.

Mr. Rajender Pal Chandel, is an Independent Director of our company. He possesses working experience of 35 years in banking industry. He is mainly responsible for providing consultancy services to our company and to get in new business for future growth of the Company.

Mrs. Asha Jain has been appointed as a Whole-time director in our company. She has experience in managing business operations.
