Welcome to TARANGINI INVESTMENTS LIMITED

The Company was incorporated on 15th of April, 1982 with the name and style of “Antarctica Investments Limited” under Companies Act, 1956 with the main objects to acquire & hold shares, stocks, debentures, bonds, obligation and securities issued or guaranteed by any company constituted or carrying on business in republic of India or elsewhere. The Company also carry on the business of a Company established with the objects of financing industrial enterprises within the Meaning of Sec 370 of the Companies Act, 1956.

On 3rd November, 1982 the Company got listed on “Delhi Stock Exchange” and the name of the Company was changed on 24th of April, 1986 to “Tarangini Investments Limited”. The Company is managed by a team of experienced people including the Board of Directors & Committees & other Management personal. At present there are four Directors on the Board of the Company having strong background in the area of finance, Accounts, Laws etc. It always tries to follow high standards of corporate governance to the maximum extent possible.

Later on the Company got listed on “Calcutta Stock Exchange” and “Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited.”
